Lush Path

My husband and I try to go to the forest preserve at least once each spring, summer, and fall. Last year, I caught some great photos when we went about this time, in early May.

I love the richness of the color in this image that is not digitally altered in any way. It's been difficult for me to get a camera that doesn't leech color because my last two phone cameras have. So, capturing this color quality made this an instant favorite of mine.
