Confederate Outlaw (Part One)

I recently discovered this YouTube channel, Wartime Stories, the sister channel to Bedtime Stories. Wartime Stories tells stories from history as well as some of the stranger things that have happened to US military personnel, both on US soil and overseas.

This video is the first in a two-part series about the real-life historical figure Champ Ferguson, a guerilla fighter for the Confederacy in the American Civil War. It contains descriptions of some rather gruesome acts committed by Champ Ferguson, so if that would be upsetting, you may not want to watch this video.

I found this two-part series fascinating, a glimpse into part of the Civil War I didn't know even as a US Citizen born in the US.
