Top Book Recommendations

I have been an avid reader since the age of three when I asked my mom to teach me. Books have been an escape and refuge as well as educational for over three decades. I cannot give a list of favorite titles, but I can give the more general series.

Book recommendations by genre...

Links included to my review or a retailer that sells the book—or both.

Most of the links will be to Amazon so you may at least get information. Links to other retailers are only due to the edition I read exclusively sold at that store. As the daughter of two small business owners, I always encourage people to support small businesses over giants, but the giants are convenient places to find information.

I read some of these books before I started reviewing books on this blog, so those don't have a link to a review. I'm currently working my way through some of the series, so the listings may not be complete because I am only listing the books I've read in any series. However, each book or series comes highly recommended, even if I haven't finished the series yet. They are grouped by genre, and divided to separate the young adult books from those geared toward adults.
