Twisting Lace Socks!
I am hooked on making socks.
This was my second pair of socks, made from a free download off the Yarnspirations website, "Women's Twisting Lace Socks." It's an intermediate level pattern for crochet.
The pattern was pretty easy to follow, with the exception of the heel. That had me stumped for a little while and I had to do it over several times on the first sock.
I used a Michael's store brand yarn, Loops & Threads "Woolike" in Sage. It's a wonderful yarn, soft and stretchy, which is perfect for socks. They're good for warmer weather because of the lace, and the yarn is super fine weight, so it fits well in shoes.
