WIP: Bonbons Cabled Shrug
This project is one I've designed myself, structurally based on something I've made before and love to wear. See the original project here.
The cable pattern I got from my trusty book, Vogue Knitting Stitchionary Vol. 2: Cables. The pattern is called "Bonbons."
I'm knitting this in the Michael's craft store brand yarn Loops & Threads. It's the line called Country Loom, which is a super bulky yarn with an uneven texture. I'm using the color "Lavender Blues" which has lavender, blue, and green all at once, unlike a variegated yarn. It all combines to look like a blue-gray in the picture, but it's actually pretty vibrant. My camera just washes out color and makes it hard to see what's there.
I can't wait to wear this in the spring!
