Gaslighting

I found this video on one of my favorite psychology channels, Psych2Go, on gaslighting.

I only recently learned what gaslighting is, and was both surprised and not to discover that I spent many years being gaslit by my emotionally and verbally abusive father. I watch and read things like this and just nod at all the points, like, yeah that's what happened to me.

Even if you don't think you're being gaslit, it may help you in the future or help recognize someone else's situation. It's an important abuse technique to know about, so give this six-minute video a watch.
