WIP: Snowtracks Cap

This Work In Progress is a Christmas gift for my husband. It's a style of hat he likes, and since hats are the only things I make that he'll use, that's what I make for him.

This free pattern is from the Yarnspirations website and it's called Snowtracks Cap. I'm knitting it in Loops & Threads Impeccable yarn, exclusive to Michaels, in a cream and pine green stripe.

The hat is very close to finished. I'm just working on the crown at the moment. I was hoping there would be a lot more cabling going up the hat, but there wasn't all that much. The photo included on the pattern makes it look more cabled than it is. It is still a nice hat, though, and I think my husband will like it.
