Self-Love and Forgiveness

None of us are perfect, and when we try to be perfect we will always fall short. Trying to be perfect destroys self-esteem and self-respect. Doing your best and always striving to do better is the way to build yourself up. Celebrate your successes, no matter how small, and reward yourself for doing well. Set goals and treat yourself when you reach them. If you fall down, get up and try again. No one is perfect, and it's not worth destroying yourself over. Give yourself a little credit, and then give yourself a hug and try again tomorrow.

Courage is not the loud roar, but the quiet voice that says, "I'll try again tomorrow."
