When the Silent Scream Will Not Be Contained

In 1991, the band Pearl Jam released their album entitled Ten, which included the song "Jeremy." The song really touched me at the time and still does each time I hear it.

This song is written about a boy, Jeremy, who walked into his classroom and shot himself in front of his classmates.
