WIP: Starter Scarf

This Work In Progress is a crochet cabled scarf in hunter green. I'm making it with Loops & Threads Impecable, a soft worsted weight yarn. Loops & Threads is a yarn brand exclusive to Michael's craft stores.

The pattern is free from the Yarnspirations website called Red Heart Starter Scarf.

I find cables in crochet more difficult than those in knitting, though the concept is the same—switching the order of stitches. The pattern has been easy to follow, though not easy to crochet at an intermediate level. The scarf will need to be blocked, which I hate doing, but the result will be worth it.

I'm looking forward to seeing what this will look like completed!
