My Favorite Song

One of the things I love the most is music. I love to share music that inspires or just entertains me. This is my favorite song, one that has rung true for me lately as I try to take back my life from my mental illness. It's a Katy Perry video, which automatically means it's rather campy, but I love it.

When I'm feeling particularly down, I listen to this song and imagine a satisfying scene: I am in a baseball stadium, and my abuser is a baseball. Right at the point when the tiger bows to Katy, I hit a home run out of the park. And he's gone, just like that. I love it.
