WIP: Holiday Box Ornaments

This Work In Progress is a free downloadable pattern from Lion Brand called Holiday Box Ornaments. I'm currently making the smaller size but with worsted weight yarn instead of sport weight. That is producing the larger size with the smaller pattern. The yarn I'm using is from my stash, so I have no idea what it is other than the color and it's worsted weight.

The pattern calls for the knitted fabric to be stitched closed around foam, but I plan to make these stuffed rather than with foam blocks. They will be gift boxes for my seasonal basket, the long-time project I've been working on since 2020. This is for my Christmas basket, which as of now contains a Santa and a snowman.

What you see in the photographs are two completed knitted pieces, not yet stitched together and stuffed, and one in progress. The long arm is three sides to the cube.
