White Gloves!
This was my first pair of gloves and more complicated than I was expecting despite its simple design. I was pleased at the results and the gloves were a wonderful addition to my Winter wardrobe as I completed them in time to finish out the last of the cold weather here.
The pattern is from One Skein: 30 Quick Projects to Knit and Crochet by Leigh Radford, a favorite book of mine. For a first pair of gloves, I was glad for a pattern that featured worsted weight yarn so I could get the hang of the structure before using lighter weight yarns. The fact that most of the glove was stockinette stitch was a blessing while I was knitting gloves for the first time. They turned out well and are a joy to wear.
