Winnie-the-Pooh Sampler!
One of the many crafts I love is cross-stitching. I haven't done much in a long time, but I love the painstaking work it takes to produce the finished project.
My first cross-stitching project completed in a decade is a sampler from a Winnie-the-Pooh cross stitch book my grandmother gave me, knowing my affinity for the lovable bear.
It needs to be pressed and framed, but it's done and took me about a year to complete. The size of the work is about 16" by 10".
Getting back to cross-stitching was wonderful, and somewhat of a trip down memory lane. My maternal grandmother taught me how to cross-stitch and I always think of her when I sit down to work on a project.
