What Is FND?

I've had my EEG (electroencephalogram) to measure my brainwaves. I was told this was the last step in the diagnosis of functional neurological disorder.

Lucky for me, the technologist came with her machine right when I was going through an episode of weakness that would have resulted in a fall at home. They'd just settled me in to be comfortable when she showed up. They'd surely be able to see whether I was having seizures!

I will be eagerly awaiting that feedback from whoever reads these, and we'll just see what happens.

As I've been waiting for the diagnostic process and my insurance to approve my transfer to rehab, I've been researching FND to see what it is in detail and first-person accounts.
