WIP: Lavender Cabled Poncho
I'm making a poncho in Caron One Pound "Lavender Blue" yarn. It's my own design, modeled after a pattern I got from a Knit-A-Day calendar in 2007.
The pattern is an edging of seed stitch around a reverse stockinette stitch background with a single cable down the center. It's called "Double Fantasy" and I got it out of Vogue Knitting's Stitchionary Volume 2: Cables, reviewed here.
I have the first panel done, and this panel is about 2/3 done.
I'm hoping to have it done before it gets too cold to wear this season. It's coming along steadily, but it's a large project, so not necessarily quickly.
