WIP: Summer Breeze Top

This Work In Progress is a pattern from the book Knit On Down, edited by Jeanne Stauffer, called "Summer Breeze Top." I was hoping to have it done in time to wear in the warmer weather, but that didn't happen. It'll be ready for spring.

I'm knitting this with Caron Simply Soft in "Soft Blue."

I added cables to the front of the top to add more interest. The cable is called "Cruller" and I got it from my trusty Vogue Knitting Stitchionary Volume 2: Cables, reviewed here.

I made this top for my mom a few years ago, without adding anything to the front, and she loves it. She's gotten a lot of compliments on it, which makes me happy. Hopefully I'll have as much luck with this one.
